Where we ship
Currently, we ship to physical addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or P.O. boxes at this time.
Shipping costs
All orders come with free standard shipping. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no handling fees ever added at checkout.
Order processing
Once your order is placed and payment has been verified, our warehouse team picks, inspects, and packs your items. This process typically takes 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package leaves our San Antonio facility.
Carriers and delivery times
We partner with major national carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier for your order is selected based on package size, destination, and current service reliability in your area. After dispatch, delivery usually takes between 3 and 5 business days for most addresses. Remote rural deliveries may occasionally require an extra day.
Tracking
Every shipment includes full end-to-end tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you the moment the label is generated. If you haven’t received your tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@camper.pics.
Delays and exceptions
During peak seasons, promotional periods, or extreme weather events, carrier networks can experience delays beyond our control. If your delivery is significantly behind schedule, reach out to us. We will work with the carrier on your behalf and keep you updated.
