How long does delivery take?

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method used. Delivery times are approximate and are estimated according to the service schedule of the shipping companies we use.

If the shipping address is in a remote location, delivery time may be delayed by approximately 1 day.

Bear in mind that all delivery times are given in business days, counting from the date on which the order leaves our warehouse. Orders are shipped on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays)

We dispatch orders from several locations. Orders with multiple products may be split to expedite delivery. In such cases, we will inform you via email.

Orders shipped to Canada are dispatched every Tuesday and Friday.

How can I return a purchase?

If you wish to make any returns or exchanges, you have 30 days from the date of purchase in our physical stores or from the date of reception from our online store.

You can return items purchased at a physical store within that store or at any Official Camper store within the same country. When your purchase was made at a camper store, it must be returned to a camper store within the same country.

No returns are allowed on purchases pertaining to the Labor Day promotion, except in cases of manufacturing defect. This policy applies in Canada only
